Our Shipping Policy

All payments for goods must be made via international wire transfer directly to our bank account. Orders will be shipped only after the payment has been received and confirmed in our account.

To avoid any misunderstandings, please contact us by phone or email after making your payment. We also require that you email us a scanned copy of the bank transfer receipt so we can process and release your order for shipping without delay.

You are responsible for all bank transfer fees, shipping charges, and insurance costs.

Your order will only be shipped once full payment is received.

Factory Visits and Business Partnership

We are proud and honored to welcome you to our factory. As part of building a long-term business relationship, we kindly ask that you:

Notify us in advance of your intended visit, so we can make the necessary arrangements and preparations.

After reviewing and approving our products, please confirm your order and make a deposit of at least 50%.

The remaining balance can be paid in cash upon receiving the goods.

As a gesture of appreciation, you will receive an additional 3% discount on your total order value when the full balance is paid in cash at delivery.

Please note that visits and discounts depend on the volume of the order and our availability, as we often host multiple visitors.
